2016 Showcase Walls
If the audio/volume for your 2016 Showcase Wall is too loud/soft, it can be adjusted easily using the three controls located on the amplifier inside the equipment housing.
First, access the amplifier by following these instructions: Accessing the PC/Amplifier Assembly
Once you have the panel lowered for service, look for the Extron Amplifier in the assembly:
To adjust, leave the Bass and Treble at the 12 O'Clock position (shown below). For level, using a flat head screwdriver (or fingernail), turn the dial counter clockwise until it stops, then turn it clockwise 4-6 'clicks'. When finished, your amplifier should look like the image below.
This is the standard setting for most stores. If a store requires more or less volume, turning that control left or right can accomplish the goal.
