If the PC source to the video wall appears to be having a problem, the first call should be to Target's ISDM team. The ISDM team can log into the PC and determine if it is outputting video correctly. They are also capable of providing minor troubleshooting assistance.
The ISDM team may recommend escalating the issue by opening a ticket with the CSC. A store employee (usually the PMT) must place the call to the CSC, PTG employees can not.
